**Job Title** MOA Dataviz & IHM – RWA Calculator (H/F) **Role Summary** Freelance function in the Finance IT Division, driving the design and implementation of Power BI reporting and new Web‑Portal interface for the B2C RWA calculation engine. Collaborate with developers in Porto, define data exchange mechanisms to finance applications, and ensure a seamless user experience for finance stakeholders. **Expectations** - Fluent in professional English. - Self‑driven, meticulous, and able to work independently while coordinating with cross‑functional teams. - Strong analytical skills; familiarity with RWA calculation concepts (Credit Risk, Counterparty Risk, SACCR, CEM) is advantageous. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Gather finance user requirements for the new Web‑Portal interface. 2. Design the user journey and functional layout of the portal. 3. Construct a data model to support Power BI reporting needs. 4. Define and implement new data exchange pathways to RWA calculation outputs: publish data to Hadoop and expose API services. 5. Communicate effectively with Paris and Porto development teams (English). 6. Participate in Agile rituals (weekly meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives). 7. Follow team development standards: unit testing, end‑to‑end validation, business validation. 8. Provide end‑user support and troubleshoot issues. **Required Skills** - Power BI development and data modeling. - API design and deployment; experience with data publishing to Hadoop. - Understanding of RWA calculation models – Credit Risk, Counterparty Risk, SACCR, CEM, B2C. - Agile methodology participation (scrum, kanban). - Strong unit testing, validation, and documentation practices. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or equivalent professional experience. - Practical experience with finance risk calculations (preferred). - Certifications such as Microsoft Power BI, Agile Scrum Master, or similar are a plus.

Works across GM Risk, Models & Regulatory Office and XVA quants to develop, validate, and deploy pricing engines, sensitivity calculations, and stress‑test frameworks.
