**Job Title**
ServiceNow Lead / Architect – FSO
**Role Summary**
Lead the planning, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow solutions for Financial Services Operations. Own delivery from requirement gathering through production support, manage a development team, and ensure platform health, compliance, and integration standards.
**Expectations**
- 10–15 years of IT experience, including architect‑level exposure and team leadership.
- Proven track record of greenfield or major client implementations.
- Strong client‑facing communication within Agile delivery frameworks.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as technical owner of ServiceNow engagements.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a development team, including sprint planning, unit testing, and peer review.
- Conduct business‑requirement discovery, translate into solution design, and oversee implementation.
- Design complex workflows, client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and custom UI pages.
- Manage instance lifecycle: upgrades, cloning, deployment via Update Sets, and production support.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party systems using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
- Maintain platform health, comply with governance, and document best practices.
- Facilitate blueprinting workshops, effort estimation, knowledge transfer, and training sessions.
**Required Skills**
- **ServiceNow Development:** Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions/Pages, Script Includes, ACLs, Service Portal, APIs, JavaScript, Update Sets, Deployment Lifecycle, Cloning, Upgrades.
- **Domain Expertise:** Financial Services Operations, Dispute Management, Fraud Claims, Client Onboarding, Loan Operations, Card Operations, Treasury Operations, and experience with FSO as a case‑management tool for Visa/Mastercard disputes.
- Integration experience (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub).
- Agile project delivery and technical lead experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA).
- One mainline Implementer certification in FSO, CSM, HRSD, ITSM, or GRC.
- CTA or CMA preferred.
