Key Responsibilities
Serve as technical owner for ServiceNow engagements
Lead and mentor a team of developers
Drive requirement discovery, solution design, and implementation
Own sprint delivery, including development, unit testing, and peer review
Design and customize complex workflows
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Manage upgrades, cloning, deployments, and production support
Oversee integrations via REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub
Ensure platform health, compliance, and best practices
Conduct blueprinting workshops and effort estimation
Lead knowledge transfer and training sessions
Mandatory Skills & ExperienceCore Platform
Strong ServiceNow Development experience
Hands-on with:
Business Rules
Client Scripts
UI Policies / UI Actions / UI Pages
Script Includes
ACLs
Service Portal
APIs
JavaScript scripting and debugging
Update sets and deployment lifecycle
Instance cloning and upgrades
Integration with third-party tools
Domain Expertise
Extensive experience in:
CSM
Financial Services Operations (FSO)
Dispute Management
Fraud Claims
Client Onboarding
Loan Operations
Card Operations
Treasury Operations
Experience using FSO as a case management tool supporting Visa/Mastercard disputes is strongly preferred
Certifications (Required)
Certified System Administrator (CSA)
One mainline Implementer certification (FSO / CSM / HRSD / ITSM / GRC)
CTA or CMA preferred
Additional Requirements
Prior experience leading client projects as a technical lead
At least one greenfield implementation
Strong client-facing communication
Agile delivery experience
Candidate Profile Expectations
10–15 years of overall experience
Architect-level exposure
Experience leading teams
Bachelor’s degree
Willingness to travel occasionally
