Job Title: East Coast Office & Marketing Intern – Make-up Role Summary: Support Marketing and Operations teams in market analysis, product development, and office administration within the beauty industry. Expectations: * Deliver accurate market insights and competitive data. * Maintain and update inventory, shipment logs, and internal databases. * Coordinate client meetings, exhibitions, and event support. * Assist with creative projects and sample management. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor product launches and benchmark competitor offerings. - Analyze competitor products to identify portfolio gaps. - Update internal databases and benchmark library. - Prepare monthly beauty trend reports and industry news briefs. - Support global competitive review presentations. - Manage domestic and international shipments, including client deliveries. - Track sample inventory, input data into Oracle, and reorder best‑sellers. - Update unstable formula records. - Assist with new collection displays and product setup. - Organize samples for client meetings and event presentations. - Coordinate client reservations and support makeup events. - Manage office supplies, set up meeting rooms, and take meeting notes. - Contribute to client projects and sampling activities.
