Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated East Coast Office & Marketing Intern to support our Marketing and Operations team in New York. This role offers hands-on experience in market analysis, product development support, and office operations within the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

Competitive & Market Insights

Monitor market launches and order competitive benchmarks
Analyze competitor products and identify portfolio gaps
Update internal databases and benchmark library
Support global competitive review presentations
Prepare monthly reports on beauty trends and industry news
Support brand diagnostics and product competitive analyses

Shipments

Manage domestic and international shipments internally and to clients

Sampling & Inventory Management

Track and manage sample inventory
Input sample data into systems (Oracle)
Monitor stock levels and reorder best-selling samples
Manage updates related to unstable formulas

Collection & Makeup Exhibition

Support new collection displays and product setup
Prepare and organize samples for client meetings
Monitor collection shipments and inventory integration
Support makeup events and presentations
Coordinate client meetings and reservations during event weeks

Office & Administrative Support

Manage office supplies and materials
Set up meeting rooms for customer meetings
Take meeting notes when required
Support office organization and project materials management

Market & Client Projects

Support customized client requests and sampling activities
Prepare and label samples
Contribute to internship creative projects (to be defined)

Requirements

Education

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Cosmetic Product Development, or related field

Soft Skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated with a proactive mindset
Positive attitude and team player
Curious and passionate about cosmetics and beauty trends
Interest in product development and marketing

Compensation: $22 per hour
