Job Title: Head of Operations Intern
Role Summary:
Assist the founder in improving daily execution across operations, development, business, and legal teams. Build structural systems, maintain accountability, and ensure projects progress efficiently. Serve as an execution catalyst in a real‑startup environment, driving operational scalability and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Cross‑Functional Operations Coordination
- Align weekly priorities among Ops, Dev, Business, and Legal interns
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies
- Flag blockers and maintain clear execution flow
2. State Expansion Execution (Core Priority)
- Coordinate state‑by‑state file uploads to database
- Organize files, naming conventions, and workflow status with legal & business interns
- Maintain trackers/dashboard to visualize completion progress by state
- Improve process speed, consistency, and accuracy
3. Traction & Paid User Growth Support
- Track metrics on trial users, active users, and paid users
- Coordinate execution of business/marketing initiatives tied to growth goals
- Compile user feedback into actionable items
- Support follow‑through on tasks that enhance conversion, retention, and UX
4. Founder Support & Weekly Reporting
- Prepare concise weekly updates covering progress, blockers, priorities, risks, and next actions
- Assist founder in staying focused on strategy, fundraising, partnerships, product, and growth
Required Skills:
