Operations Manager Intern (Founder’s Office / Cross-Functional Ops)

About PropyLaw
PropyLaw is a legal-tech startup helping real estate professionals generate compliant real estate documents faster and at lower cost. We are building systems to scale state-by-state, improve operational execution, and increase paid users.
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused Operations Manager Intern to help coordinate across developers, business interns, and legal interns while supporting expansion and growth initiatives.
This is a high-impact role for someone who wants real startup experience and is excited to help build systems, improve execution, and drive results.
Role Summary
You will work closely with the founder to improve day-to-day execution across teams and priorities. Your role is to help create structure, maintain accountability, and keep projects moving.
This is not a passive internship. We are looking for someone with a startup and growth mindset and a strong ownership mentality in their role.
Key Responsibilities1) Cross-Functional Operations Coordination
Coordinate weekly priorities across Ops, Dev, Business, and Legal interns
Track deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies
Follow up on progress and flag blockers early
Help maintain clear execution across multiple moving priorities
2) State Expansion Execution (Core Priority)
Support PropyLaw’s expansion by coordinating state-by-state file uploads to our database
Work with legal and business interns to organize files, naming conventions, and workflow status
Maintain trackers/dashboard visibility for completion progress by state
Help improve process speed, consistency, and operational accuracy
3) Traction & Paid User Growth Support
Track key metrics related to trial users, active users, and paid users
Help coordinate execution across business/marketing efforts tied to growth priorities
Organize user feedback and convert it into clear action items
Support follow-through on tasks that improve conversion, retention, and user experience
4) Founder Support & Weekly Reporting
Prepare concise weekly updates on:
progress
blockers
priorities
risks
next actions
Help the founder stay focused on strategy, fundraising, partnerships, product, and growth

Preferred Background (Not Required)
Student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Experience with project coordination, leadership roles, startup work, or team management support
Interest in startups, legal-tech, prop-tech, operations, and growth
