Job Description: **Job Title:** ServiceNow Business Analyst – Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) **Role Summary:** Senior Business Analyst contracted to bridge business stakeholders, internal IT, and an external ServiceNow delivery partner for a regulated financial services organization. Focus on gathering requirements, translating them into ServiceNow GRC specifications, and performing Product Owner‑type backlog management to drive compliant solution delivery. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality GRC requirement artifacts in a regulated environment. - Maintain backlog prioritization aligned with regulatory impact and business value. - Ensure clear communication and coordination with outsourced delivery teams. - Support sprint execution, release planning, and compliance traceability. - Work on‑site in Brussels (hybrid schedule) and communicate fluently in English. **Key Responsibilities:** - Elicit, analyze, and document complex business requirements for ServiceNow GRC. - Convert requirements into detailed ServiceNow functional specifications and user stories. - Own and refine the GRC product backlog; prioritize items based on risk, compliance, and business impact. - Coordinate with the external ServiceNow delivery partner to ensure timely delivery and adherence to governance standards. - Participate in sprint ceremonies, monitor progress, and assist in release planning. - Verify that solutions meet regulatory compliance and internal governance frameworks. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst (senior level). - Hands‑on expertise with ServiceNow platform, specifically GRC modules. - Proven work in heavily regulated sectors (financial services, banking, insurance). - Experience managing outsourced/vendor delivery models. - Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder‑management abilities. - Excellent English communication (written & verbal). - Ability to work on‑site in Brussels (hybrid). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - ServiceNow certifications preferred (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC). - Relevant project‑management or Agile certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
