Job Description
Job title: Operations Intern Role Summary: Internship supporting executive operations, strategic alignment, and cross‑functional coordination within a corporate setting. Expactations: Deliver documented meeting structures, KPI tracking, expense oversight, and EXEC‑level communications; maintain COO calendar and connections to client relationships; drive process improvements and data analysis to support operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage meeting cadences, agendas, minutes, and KPI reporting. • Coordinate the centralized Operations Plan (COP) linking strategy, roadmap, and progress. • Identify and implement process improvements across operational units. • Manage expense reports, analyze trends, and produce KPI dashboards. • Administer the COO’s calendar, travel, and event logistics. • Handle confidential communications and manage COO email. • Draft executive‑level documents (memos, briefs, pitches, presentations). • Serve as a client liaison for executive matters. • Comply with corporate policies and confidentiality standards. • Lead ad‑hoc projects, coordinating multiple schedules and priorities. Required Skills: • Strong written and verbal communication, including executive presentations. • Analytical aptitude: KPI development, trend analysis, gap assessment. • Detail orientation and ability to manage complex schedules. • Ability to work independently and handle ambiguous situations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email etiquette. • Professional demeanor, composure under pressure, and adaptability to change. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field (or in progress). • No specific certifications required.
