Growth Marketing Lead
**Role Summary**
Own and scale a repeatable growth engine that drives brand registrations, sponsor pipeline, event demand, and industry awareness through end‑to‑end campaign execution, lifecycle automation, and performance marketing.
**Expectations (first 6 months)**
- Full ownership of marketing execution and performance.
- Structured campaigns and lifecycle journeys consistently delivering registrations and sponsor interest.
- Significant improvement in inbound demand volume and quality.
- Reduced founder‑led marketing activity.
- Clear test insights driving continuous growth.
- Support at least one major event cycle and establish internal credibility as the marketing owner.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Design, launch, test, and scale multi‑channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, paid media, landing pages).
2. Turn industry insights, conversations, and content into engaging LinkedIn posts, email series, sales assets, and sponsor narratives.
3. Build and maintain lifecycle journeys for brand prospects, sponsors, attendees, and community members; set up automations, segmentation, and nurturing flows.
4. Run and optimize paid acquisition campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google with continuous experimentation of messaging, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
5. Transition founder‑led momentum into scalable systems and repeatable processes.
**Required Skills**
- Proven hands‑on execution of B2B, event, SaaS, partnership, or community‑led marketing.
- Strong copywriting and positioning instincts.
- High ownership mindset with bias toward action and rapid learning.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and prioritize, test, and iterate.
- Comfortable working directly with founders and internal stakeholders.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Preferred digital marketing certifications (Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot) – not mandatory.
