Surrey based Courier provider offering UK Sameday, UK Overnight, International Courier, Storage, Fulfilment and 2nd Class Mail services.

Our depot in Byfleet which caters for retail Sales, Customer Care and Admin is complimented by our Colnbrook depot adjacent to Heathrow airport. We operate a fleet of over 100 vehicles, from bikes to small vans and LWB sprinters.

We are a founding shareholder in the APC Overnight network, which is the largest independent UK Overnight network, with 112 depots. These are privately owned and totally integral to the networks quality and Customer Care commitment. The network continues to grow year on year due to exceptional service levels. As a network we now collect, route and deliver millions of parcels every month.

Key Responsibilities: • Act as the main client liaison via phone and email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Maintain accurate client records and databases through diligent data entry. • Assist with administrative tasks including correspondence management and document preparation. • Communicate professionally with clients, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve client experience.
