Job Description
Job Title: Food And Beverage Supervisor Role Summary: Lead and coordinate daily food and beverage service operations in a hotel setting. Ensure high quality, safety, and guest satisfaction while supporting the F&B Manager in achieving departmental KPI’s. Expectations: - Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality. - Meet or exceed quality and performance targets. - Maintain compliance with health and safety standards. - Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise, train and motivate a team of service specialists. - Deliver warm, personalised guest welcomes and resolve inquiries. - Assist in food preparation and presentation in line with menu standards. - Coordinate with kitchen staff on menu items and special dietary needs. - Manage cash and card transactions accurately. - Maintain a clean, organised work area and enforce safety regulations. - Support the F&B Manager with strategy implementation and KPI reporting. - Foster guest loyalty through relationship building and service excellence. Required Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Leadership and team‑building capability. - Detail‑oriented with an emphasis on presentation and quality. - Basic numeracy for financial transactions. - Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle physical demands. - Flexibility to adapt to changing operational requirements. Required Education & Certifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Hospitality or food service training preferred. - Food safety and hygiene certification (ISO/ HACCP) preferred.
