**Job Title:** Managing Director **Role Summary:** Provides full P&L and strategic leadership for a global B2B equipment manufacturer and distributor in the professional ground‑care and agricultural sectors. Drives international revenue growth, market expansion, product innovation, and operational excellence across multiple continents while enhancing governance and delivering long‑term shareholder value. **Expectations:** - Deliver measurable revenue growth in North America, Europe and Asia. - Expand the portfolio into adjacent consumer garden segments. - Lead the development and launch of technology‑driven products, including powered solutions. - Strengthen governance, reporting and operational discipline. - Build and mentor a high‑performing senior leadership team. - Manage overseas manufacturing and global supply‑chain performance. - Contribute to long‑term value creation for shareholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own overall business strategy, budgeting and P&L accountability. - Define and execute a multi‑year growth plan targeting new markets and product lines. - Oversee distributor/channel sales strategy and relationships worldwide. - Direct product development cycles and technology integration initiatives. - Supervise international manufacturing sites and supply‑chain logistics. - Implement robust governance frameworks, KPI reporting and performance management systems. - Recruit, develop and retain senior leaders across functions and regions. - Represent the company at board meetings and with key external stakeholders. - Travel internationally (NA, Europe, Asia) to manage operations and customer relationships. **Required Skills:** - Proven track record scaling international B2B businesses, preferably in equipment or industrial sectors. - Strong experience in distributor/channel sales and market penetration. - Deep understanding of tangible product manufacturing and supply‑chain management. - Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑location or global teams. - Strategic thinking combined with hands‑on operational credibility. - Experience in SME, owner‑managed or entrepreneurial environments. - Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (minimum). - MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred. - No specific certifications required; industry‑specific training considered an asset.
