Strategic Marketing Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead the overall marketing strategy and brand development for a private quality label targeting health and paramedical professionals. Drive practitioner acquisition, brand positioning, and global awareness through multi‑channel communication, digital engagement, and content creation. Oversee social media, editorial planning, performance measurement, and vendor relationships to ensure high‑quality, ROI‑oriented communication in both French and English.

- Maintain a premium, ethically‑aligned brand image.
- Contribute strategic counsel to executive leadership.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives meet KPI targets and budget constraints.
- Foster collaborative partnerships with external creative, audio–visual, and digital partners.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and execute the comprehensive marketing strategy for the label.
- Plan, launch, and monitor an annual communication calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, and supporting channels.
- Create, schedule, and publish editorial content in French and English; manage community engagement, moderation, and growth.
- Conduct competitive and sectoral analysis; report on key metrics and insights.
- Plan and produce marketing assets: visual graphics, newsletters, videos (interviews, educational series), podcasts, and audio snippets.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, audio engineers, and external agencies to deliver polished materials.
- Manage the marketing budget: negotiate contracts, monitor spend, and analyze ROI.
- Draft and enforce SOPs for content creation, publishing, and crisis communication.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced proficiency with all major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Superior written communication in French and English; strong storytelling and editorial judgment.
- Expertise in brand strategy, positioning, and image management.
- Hands‑on experience with video, audio, podcast production and post‑production workflows.
- Strong analytical aptitude: adept with planning tools, analytics dashboards, and KPI reporting.
- Project management, budget oversight, vendor negotiation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- High degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and representational etiquette.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Minimum Bachelor’s level (Bac +4) in Business, Commerce, Communication, Marketing or an equivalent university degree.
- Valid certification in digital marketing, project management, or related fields is an advantage.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (both written and spoken).
