Job Description

Job Title: Client Account Coordinator Role Summary: Support the management and delivery of diverse client projects (print, signage, digital, marketing communications) across multiple brands. Act as a secondary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and suppliers, ensuring high service levels, accurate quotations, and on‑time delivery while maintaining company quality and compliance standards. Expectations: • Hybrid working model (minimum 2 on‑site days per week, with flexible remote hours). • Follow a structured career path toward an Account Manager role or alternative business functions. • Exhibit a proactive, client‑centric mindset and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare supplier quotes and pricing summaries for print, signage, direct mail, digital, and multi‑supplier projects. • Coordinate small‑scale projects, liaise with suppliers, and secure cost‑effective solutions. • Develop project timelines, chase deadlines, and manage any schedule changes. • Maintain accurate data in the CRM, support invoicing, and track budgets and costs. • Handle postal dispatch, internal website content updates, and scheduling of social media assets. • Ensure documentation and communication trails meet internal standards and ISO‑aligned processes. • Participate in weekly WIP meetings to track client satisfaction and supplier performance. • Represent the business professionally, aligning all external communications with brand values. • Adhere to ISO quality control, GDPR, and ISO27001 data protection requirements. Required Skills: • Strong written and spoken English, with clear, confident communication. • Excellent interpersonal skills and evidence of customer service experience. • Proficient numeracy for estimating, scheduling, and cost management. • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing repetitive tasks alongside varied workload. • Self‑motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within the organization. Required Education & Certifications: • Minimum level of education equivalent to A Level or Apprenticeship Level 3/4.
