We’re on the lookout for a Client Account Coordinator to join our established, Leeds-based multi-channel design agency.
Full Time, 38.5h p/w (part-time applicants may be considered, minimum 30 h p/w)
Hybrid (min two days per week at our offices in Leeds, West Yorkshire)
Salary: £25,500 per annum
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Client Account Coordinator (however, we're also open to part-time candidates too; a minimum of 30 hours per week). The role is hybrid (for those who wish to work from home for some of the week) and is office-based in Leeds for minimum of 2 days per week (our full-team office days are currently Tuesdays and Thursdays). The Client Account Coordinator will report directly to a Senior Account Manager and will work across the Group's Telescope and Clearsilver brands.
Day-to-day, you'll be supporting the management and delivery of multiple client projects across print, signage, branded merchandise, digital and marketing communications. As an early-career member of the client services team, you will assist with producing quotations, coordinate small-scale projects, liaise with suppliers, support internal administrative processes, and help ensure work is delivered accurately, on time, and to Telescope's high quality standards.
The role will provide structured development toward a full Account Manager position, or we can support you to develop into other areas of the business, if preferred and role opportunities are available.
Whether you’re into fitness, fashion, football or folk music, it really doesn’t matter… as long as you embrace the values that bind team Telescope together, you’ll fit right in! You’ll need to be a confident communicator with a can-do attitude, but we’re also hoping you’ll be an intuitive people person; someone who is capable of building relationships, galvanising team spirit and being a proud ambassador of the business we all care about.

Work on postal dispatch and communications for both client and internal marketing projects.
Maintain the accuracy of our CRM system, updating client and project data as required and regularly reviewing with Client Directors and other colleagues.
Support website content population where required, for both client websites and Telescope Group's own websites.

Help maintain clear and accurate project communication trails, ensuring documentation meets internal standards and ISO aligned processes.

Ensure a client-centric approach as a key focus, and assist in delivering excellent customer service at all times.
Represent the business in a professional way and represent the ethos and values at all times; this includes any outgoing communication being managed consistently and in-line with the Telescope and Clearsilver brands and all documents showing the highest level of professionalism.
