Job Description
Job Title: CRM Transformation Consultant – Luxury Sector Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end CRM transformation projects for luxury brands, driving the audit, architecture design, deployment, and adoption of Salesforce solutions (Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Service Cloud) to deliver measurable, brand‑aligned customer experiences. Expactations: - Deliver clear, actionable recommendations within tight deadlines. - Own a full workstream from assessment to go‑live, ensuring alignment with client strategy and heritage. - Communicate complex technical insights to senior stakeholders in a concise, persuasive manner. - Foster adoption and continuous improvement of CRM practices. Key Responsibilities - Conduct audits and diagnostics of current CRM ecosystems (processes, tools, governance, data). - Design Salesforce architectures tailored to luxury business needs. - Lead deployment of Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Service Cloud initiatives. - Translate complex business requirements into functional CRM solutions. - Build segmentation structures, customer journey maps, and automation scenarios. - Mentor and support client teams in tool utilization and change management. - Contribute to strategic discussions on loyalty, customer performance, and premium brand engagement. - Interface directly with clients’ CRM, Marketing, and IT leadership. Required Skills - Proven experience in consulting, digital transformation, or CRM implementation. - Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, especially Marketing Cloud. - Strong analytical ability to dissect complex situations and propose clear actions. - Excellent verbal and written communication with senior executives. - Autonomy in managing a workstream with full responsibility. - Passion for premium brands and understanding of their unique requirements. - Proficiency in data management, segmentation, and automation concepts. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Consultant) preferred. - Additional certifications in data analytics, AI, or customer experience management are a plus.
