**Job title**: Artificial Intelligence Engineer **Role Summary**: Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions to enhance the digital insurance platform, focusing on user experience and operational automation. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate models, analyze data, and maintain cloud, security, and privacy standards. **Expactations**: Deliver scalable AI features that meet business objectives; maintain code quality, security, and compliance; actively contribute to documentation, testing, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** - Architect and build AI models (RAG, semantic search, speech AI) for real‑time advisor–client interactions. - Deploy solutions on AWS, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. - Analyze large datasets with Spark and other big‑data tools to extract insights for decision support. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate AI into existing systems. - Participate in code reviews, QA, and product feedback loops. - Document technical processes, model specifications, and system integrations. - Stay current with AI/ML advancements and recommend technology updates. - Ensure compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity policies. **Required Skills** - AI/ML architecture and full‑stack development experience. - Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Next.js, Node.js. - Hands‑on Apache Spark or similar big‑data frameworks. - AWS cloud experience (deployment, scaling, security). - Strong database design and data‑management knowledge. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver robust, maintainable code. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/Machine Learning, or related field. - Relevant AWS certification (e.g., Solutions Architect or Developer) or equivalent cloud credential is preferred.
