**Job Title:** Commission-Only Sales Executive – Cybersecurity & Compliance (High Ticket) **Role Summary:** Drive revenue by selling end‑to‑end compliance solutions for the GRC market, targeting defense contractors, MSPs, and government suppliers. Represent a dual‑brand portfolio that includes consulting and certification services for CMMC, ISO 27001, and CAN/DGSI 104 frameworks. **Expectations:** • Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets in a commission‑only structure. • Generate a high‑volume pipeline of qualified prospects within the Defense Industrial Base and related sectors. • Maintain an autonomous sales cycle that consistently closes deals ranging from $15k to $100k+. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Prospect & qualify organizations needing security certifications. 2. Conduct consultative sales conversations, differentiating between consulting and certification services. 3. Present gap analyses, implementation roadmaps, and audit readiness. 4. Close full‑service deals, including Gap Assessments, Pre‑Assessment audits, and Certification Audits. 5. Manage end‑to‑end sales cycle from initial outreach to project kickoff. 6. Provide accurate sales forecasts and update pipeline metrics. **Required Skills:** - Proven B2B sales experience in SaaS, IT services, or consulting. - Strong hunter mentality: cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, and outbound lead generation. - Deep understanding of risk, compliance, and cybersecurity frameworks (CMMC, ISO 27001, CAN/DGSI 104). - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Self‑starter with a results‑driven, autonomous work style. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (preferred). - Professional sales certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person – CPSP, or similar) encouraged. - Knowledge or certifications in GRC or cybersecurity compliance (e.g., ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CMMC Exam) is a plus. ---
