Job Description
Job Title: Applied AI & Automation Engineer Role Summary: Build and deploy AI‑driven workflows to accelerate revenue, operations, lead generation, and acquisition processes across a short‑term rental and hospitality portfolio. Translate business goals into production‑ready code, APIs, and integrations that eliminate manual tasks and deliver measurable impact. Expectations: - Within 6 months, eliminate key manual workflows. - Deploy tools that are actively used in revenue and operations. - Achieve measurable time savings or revenue uplift. - Streamline sales/lead processes and establish strong cross‑team trust. Key Responsibilities: - Design, prototype, and ship AI‑powered automations using LLMs, APIs, and agents. - Continuously improve reliability, performance, and usability of existing AI tools. - Build internal tools that enhance listing performance, pricing, and lead qualification. - Integrate across PMS, pricing engines, CRM, and messaging platforms. - Produce clean, production‑ready code (Python, JavaScript, or similar). - Use low‑code solutions when speed outweighs complexity. - Document systems for rapid team adoption and maintenance. Required Skills: - Production‑grade coding in Python or JavaScript. - Strong API integration and system‑level design. - Practical knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration. - Data‑driven thinking: ability to pull, cleanse, and analyze performance metrics. - Experience shipping quick prototypes with iterative releases. - High agency, outcome‑focused mindset; comfortable initiating fixes without directives. - Excellent communication for cross‑functional collaboration.
