Rev Whisper is a hands-on revenue optimization company for short-term rental hosts and property managers. We’re not software. We’re not a dashboard. We’re a dedicated team of specialists, powered by internal AI tools, who get inside Airbnb listings every single day and do the work: analyzing ranking positions, filling gap nights, optimizing photos, meta-tags, pricing, and review responses through a proprietary process no one else can replicate. Kasu Capital is a real estate investment firm that strategically acquires U.S. single-family properties in high-demand vacation markets and repositions them into luxury private resorts with premium amenities. The Role
We’re looking for a business-minded builder who loves AI tools and uses them to solve real problems.
You’ll work across:
Revenue (Rev Whisper), improving listing performance and internal optimization workflows
Operations, automating manual processes and improving speed
Sales & Lead Generation - building lightweight systems that help us source, qualify, and convert leads
Acquisitions & Hospitality - improving internal data flow and decision-making
This role requires both technical skill and business curiosity.

What You’ll DoBuild AI-Powered Workflows
Design and deploy AI-powered automations using LLMs, APIs, and agents
Prototype quickly and ship improvements weekly
Improve reliability and performance of existing AI tools
Use AI to reduce manual workload and improve decision quality
Drive Revenue & Growth Support
Build internal tools that improve Rev Whisper performance
Create simple automations that assist with lead generation and sales workflows
Improve data visibility for revenue decision-making
Integrate & Ship
Write clean, production-ready code (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
Build integrations across our tech stack (PMS, pricing tools, messaging systems, CRMs)
Use low-code tools where speed makes sense
Document systems clearly so teams can adopt them
