**Job Title** Senior Software Engineer **Role Summary** Lead the design, development, and deployment of secure PKI and related software solutions on Linux platforms. Drive automation, continuous delivery pipelines, and modernization initiatives to enhance mission-critical security capabilities. Collaborate across development, architecture, testing, and operations teams to deliver robust, secure, and scalable software. **Expectations** - Minimum 14 years of professional software engineering experience in comparable programs or contracts. - Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. - Willingness to travel as required. - Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of engaging with cross‑functional stakeholders and end users. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Advance next‑generation PKI architecture, applying commercial and government best practices for secure key management. 2. Plan, implement, and evolve PKI solution sets within existing modernization efforts. 3. Define tools and processes for continuous delivery pipelines, including build, deployment, testing, and monitoring. 4. Apply modern software design patterns and methodology in all development activities. 5. Develop Linux‑based applications, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity requirements and constraints. 6. Conduct development, build, and sprint planning to meet project milestones. 7. Advocate and implement automation across build, deployment, testing, and update processes. 8. Job Title Scrum Master Role Summary Serve as a servant‑leader and coach for one or more cross‑functional software development teams, driving continuous improvement, agile adoption, and the efficient delivery of high‑quality products. Expectations - Facilitate all Scrum events (stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to stay time‑boxed and focused. - Remove impediments, support self‑organization, and foster a culture of Kaizen and continuous improvement. - Track and analyze agile metrics (velocity, burn‑up/down, flow) to surface systemic issues and guide performance improvements. - Maintain and enhance program documentation and tooling configuration.
