Job Description
**Job Title:** Customer Experience Intern **Role Summary:** Support daily Customer Experience operations in a regulated biotechnology environment by handling customer communications, order processing, and documentation. Gain practical exposure to compliance, quality assurance, and business processes while developing professional communication and problem‑solving abilities. **Expectations:** - Provide courteous, timely responses to customer inquiries via phone and email under supervision. - Accurately enter and track orders, check product availability, and address basic billing questions. - Assist in documenting, routing, and resolving customer complaints and quality incidents. - Maintain organized records for case investigations, product quarantine, halt disposition, and recalls. - Participate in training, shadowing, and knowledge‑sharing activities to build technical and professional skills. - Follow all company policies, safety practices, and regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Respond to customer questions using approved product inserts and internal resources. - Perform order entry, product availability checks, and support invoicing inquiries. - Collate, track, and organize documentation for case investigations and compliance reports. - Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for system updates and other compliance tasks. - Assist with administrative duties related to product recalls and quality investigations. - Contribute to departmental projects and maintain a tidy work environment. **Required Skills:** - Strong written and verbal communication; customer‑focused attitude. - High attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately. - Organizational and time‑management skills; ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced setting. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Basic understanding of research methods or statistics (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current undergraduate student at an accredited college or university. - Major in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Minimum GPA of 2.50. - No specific certifications required.
