Job Title
Partnerships Development Coordinator
Job Description
**Job Title** Partnership Development Coordinator **Role Summary** Coordinate and expand a multi‑sided ecosystem that turns single‑clinic pilots into scalable growth, connecting clinics, labs, pharmacies, caregiver agencies, wellness partners, and payors. Responsible for partner sourcing, activation orchestration, data‑to‑narrative packaging, and payor readiness, delivering clear value stories that drive adoption and revenue expansion. **Expectations** - Prioritize patient‑centric partnership choices. - Focus on activation impact over volume of activity. - Deliver concise, evidence‑based narratives for partners and payors. - Own cross‑functional timelines and deliverables with proactive ownership. **Key Responsibilities** - Source and engage a diverse partner mix (labs, pharmacies, caregiver agencies, gyms, nutrition programs, telehealth/RPM vendors, community orgs, payor contacts). - Lead early discovery and mapping of partner incentives, integration points, and shared value with clinics/systems. - Design and manage legal/operations checklists, onboarding flows, patient activation pathways, communications assets, and initial data handoffs with internal teams and partners. - Convert early pilot signals (engagement, follow‑up rates, comorbidity improvements, operational relief) into decks, one‑pagers, and briefs for partner and payor audiences. - Prepare pre‑reads and evidence packets for CEO‑led payor meetings; maintain a repository of outcome snapshots and case studies. - Propose and spin‑up 2–3 ecosystem connections for each new clinic or system to increase patient inflow and data breadth. - Coordinate “clinic‑first → partner‑second” strategies with Clinical Decision Support (CDS) teams, converting clinic wins into ecosystem leverage. **Required Skills** - 3–6+ years in healthcare partnerships, provider relations, community networks, channel/ecosystem roles, or health‑tech go‑to‑market. - Proven ability to manage multi‑stakeholder relationships and coordinate complex activations. - Strong communication and deck‑building skills; translate raw outcomes into clear partner/payor value. - Organized, proactive, comfortable owning cross‑functional timelines. - Proficient with CRM/partnership tracking, slide design, and light analytics. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, Business, Healthcare Administration, HIM, Biology/Biomed, or related field. - Advanced degree (MPH, MHA, MBA, MS) preferred or significant partner/network development experience. ---
