Role Overview
As our Partnership Development Coordinator (PDC), you will activate and scale the ecosystem that turns single‑clinic pilots into multi‑sided growth: partners → patients → data → payors → expansion. You’ll source and engage external partners, coordinate multi‑party activations, and package early data into compelling stories for partner and payor conversations. Remote‑first; cross‑market (Detroit Metro → Michigan → Midwest).
About VITIA
VITIA is an adaptive care‑intelligence platform that transforms fragmented patient data into coordinated, actionable clinical insight. We help clinics and health systems automate follow‑up, detect risk earlier, and streamline care — then leverage those results to activate ecosystem partners (labs, pharmacies, caregiver agencies, gyms/wellness, community orgs) and prepare payor‑facing narratives.
Our Credo & Values
Our Credo — Patients First, Intelligence in Service of Care
We put patients first — and we use intelligence to make their care simpler, safer, and more connected. We partner with clinicians, health systems, and community organizations to close treatment gaps and ensure no patient is left behind. Guided by integrity, teamwork, and insight‑driven innovation, we deliver solutions that make care effortless for clinicians and transformative for patients. Better outcomes should be simple — and with the right intelligence, they can be.
Our Values
Integrity — We do what’s right, always.
Patient‑Centricity — Patients drive our priorities.
Teamwork — We win with collaboration and respect.
Simplicity — We reduce friction and design for action.
Insight‑Driven Innovation — We turn real‑world data into partner and payor value.
What this means for the PDC: You orchestrate the flywheel — converting clinic wins into activated partners, richer data, and payor‑ready stories that compound growth.
What You’ll Do
Partner Sourcing & Outreach — Identify and engage labs, pharmacies, caregiver agencies, gyms/wellness orgs, nutrition programs, telehealth/RPM vendors, community orgs, and payor‑adjacent contacts.
Discovery & Mapping — Lead early partner discovery; map incentives, integration points, and shared value with clinics/systems.
Activation Orchestration — Coordinate legal/ops checklists, onboarding flows, patient activation pathways, comms assets, and light data handoffs with internal teams and partners.
Data → Narrative Packaging — Turn early signals (engagement, follow‑up rates, comorbidity improvements, operational relief) into decks, one‑pagers, and briefs suitable for partner or payor discussions.
Payor Readiness Support — Prepare pre‑reads and evidence packets for CEO‑led payor meetings; maintain a repository of outcome snapshots and case studies.
Flywheel Expansion — For every new clinic or system, propose and spin‑up 2–3 logical ecosystem connections that increase patient inflow and data breadth.
Collaboration with CDS — Coordinate “clinic‑first → partner‑second” strategies; convert clinic wins into ecosystem leverage.
