**Job Title:** Office Manager
**Role Summary:**
Serves as the operational anchor for the Toronto headquarters, overseeing day‑to‑day office functions, supporting senior leadership, and managing administrative processes such as onboarding, asset provisioning, and vendor coordination in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee daily office operations, supplies, vendor relations, maintenance, and meeting‑room setup.
- Coordinate new‑hire onboarding: equipment ordering, IT access, contracts, and personnel files; manage off‑boarding logistics.
- Provide executive support to CEO and President: calendar management, meeting preparation, confidential document handling.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, itineraries, and related changes.
- Assist in planning internal meetings and corporate events, including venue, catering, and logistics.
- Collect and process expense receipts, support expense tracking, invoice monitoring, and vendor payments.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of employee timesheets in compliance with company policies.
**Required Skills:**
- 3–7+ years office management or senior executive administrative experience.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a service focus.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Experience with onboarding processes, equipment provisioning, and basic contract administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Skilled in travel booking, vendor relationship management, and event coordination.
- High degree of professionalism, proactivity, and solution‑orientation.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- No specific certifications mandated; relevant training in office administration or executive support considered an asset.
