Job Description
Job Title: Director, Technology & Innovation Role Summary: Senior technology executive responsible for designing and scaling the company's digital platform, leading a multidisciplinary team, and driving product innovation in a fast‑growing, scale‑up environment. Works closely with the CEO to deliver secure, high‑performance, automated solutions that handle large‑volume customer cases and accelerate new feature rollout. Expectations: - Provide strategic technology vision and roadmap in alignment with business objectives. - Build and scale a robust, secure, automated infrastructure capable of processing hundreds of thousands of cases. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and data‑driven decision‑making. - Spearhead cross‑functional collaboration to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - **Leadership & Vision**: Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performance technology team; set clear performance metrics and promote a results‑oriented culture. - **Architecture & Scalability**: Define and oversee system architecture, ensuring horizontal scalability, fault tolerance, and operational excellence. - **AI, Automation & Data**: Drive adoption of machine‑learning, large‑language‑model, robotic‑process‑automation, and agentic systems to optimize workflows. - **Delivery & Operations**: Manage end‑to‑end delivery, continuous integration/deployment, and operational monitoring; guarantee uptime, performance, and customer experience. - **Security & Compliance**: Establish security standards, data protection policies, and regulatory compliance across cloud and on‑premises environments. Required Skills: - 8–12+ years in software development, with 3–5 years in technical leadership. - Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure and/or GCP). - Proven experience in API development, partner integrations, and complex transactional systems. - Strong background in AI/ML, LLMs, RPA, or agentic systems. - Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, MuleSoft) and mobile frameworks (Flutter or React Native). - Demonstrated ability to design scalable, secure, high‑performance architectures. - Strategic thinking, analytical rigor, problem‑solving, and effective communication. - Capacity to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments. - Bilingual fluency in French and English (spoken and written). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. - Relevant certifications in cloud (Azure, GCP), security, or AI are a plus.
