**Job Title:** Social Media Manager (Web3) **Role Summary:** Manage and grow multiple Web3 client accounts by translating each client’s positioning into platform‑native content, executing daily social activities, and supporting campaign‑driven growth across the Web3 ecosystem. **Expectations:** - Deliver consistent, high‑quality social output for several clients simultaneously. - Align social strategies with campaign goals, product launches, and brand narratives. - Stay current on Web3 trends and adjust content/timing accordingly. - Meet agency deadlines while maintaining clear communication with internal teams and clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement client‑specific social strategies. - Plan, create, and publish daily content on X, Telegram, and Discord (threads, announcements, short‑form posts, campaign copy). - Coordinate with strategy, design, community, and business development teams. - Support campaign execution (product launches, airdrops, quests, AMAs, partner activations). - Monitor performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize content. - Maintain consistent communication and delivery standards across all accounts. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience managing social media for Web3 or crypto‑native brands. - Deep understanding of Web3 culture, platforms, and audience behavior. - Strong written communication with ability to adapt tone and positioning. - Ability to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines in an agency setting. - Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities. - Familiarity with analytics tools and social scheduling platforms (nice to have). - Experience with KOL/influencer campaigns and token launch dynamics (nice to have). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred. - Relevant social media or digital marketing certifications (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Hootsuite) are a plus.
