Job Specifications

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager with strong Web3 fluency to manage and grow multiple client accounts. You will be responsible for translating each client’s positioning into platform-native content, managing daily social execution, and supporting campaign-driven growth across the Web3 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts for multiple Web3 clients simultaneously

• Develop client-specific social strategies aligned with campaign goals, launches, and narratives

• Plan, create, and publish daily content across X, Telegram, and Discord

• Write threads, announcements, short-form posts, and campaign copy tailored to each client’s brand voice

• Stay ahead of Web3 trends, narratives, and market cycles to inform content and timing

• Coordinate with internal teams including strategy, design, community, and BD

• Support campaign execution such as product launches, airdrops, quests, AMAs, and partner activations

• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize content

• Maintain consistent communication and delivery standards across all client accounts

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience managing social media for Web3 projects or crypto-native brands

• Strong understanding of Web3 culture, platforms, and audience behavior

• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in an agency environment

• Excellent written communication skills with attention to tone and positioning

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-context environments

• Strong organizational and time management skills

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a Web3 or crypto marketing agency

• Experience supporting KOL or influencer-led campaigns

• Familiarity with analytics tools and social scheduling platforms

• Basic understanding of token launches, ecosystem growth, and on-chain campaigns
