Job Title: VP Sales Associate Role Summary: Support and accelerate revenue growth for a SaaS innovation platform by managing renewals, driving new business acquisition, and enhancing sales operations. Works closely with VP Sales to deliver short-term performance and long-term growth. Expectations: - Proactive, detail‑oriented execution. - Strong communication and stakeholder coordination. - Ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously. - Fluency in French and English. Key Responsibilities: 1. **Renewal Management** – Monitor program portfolio, identify churn risks, track milestones, prepare renewal discussions, quotes, contracts, and coordinate with Project Managers. 2. **New Business Support** – Conduct outbound prospecting, schedule discovery calls, support sales calls, synthesize information, and prepare commercial proposals. 3. **Sales Operations & Enablement** – Maintain accurate data in HubSpot, track KPIs (pipeline health, renewal rate, expansion), prepare meetings and 1:1 sessions, automate processes, update sales decks and presentations, support event preparation, and contribute to cross‑functional growth initiatives. Required Skills: - Structured, data‑driven mindset. - Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and performance metrics. - Strong written and verbal communication. - Proactive, reliable, execution‑driven, and curious about SaaS/B2B environments. - Fluent in French and English. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field. - Approximately 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Support, Sales Operations, or B2B SaaS environment.
