Bloomflow is scaling its SaaS platform and strategic innovation programs. We are looking for a driven and structured VP sales Associate to support revenue growth and strengthen our commercial execution.

This role sits at the intersection of renewals, new business, and sales operations. You will work directly with the VP Sales and contribute to both short-term performance and long-term growth.

Your Mission

Support and accelerate revenue growth across:

Innovation Program renewals
New business acquisition
Sales operations & performance coordination

What You’ll Do

1. Innovation Program Renewals 

Monitor the programs portfolio and anticipate churn risks

Track key milestones (Kick-Offs, Reviews, contract end dates)

Prepare renewal discussions, quotes, and contracts

Coordinate internally with Project Managers

2. New Business Support

Conduct outbound prospecting on a defined list of target accounts

Schedule discovery calls and manage follow-ups

Participate in sales calls (note-taking, synthesis, next steps)

Prepare commercial proposals and supporting documents

3. Sales Operations & enablement

Maintain clean, accurate, and structured data in HubSpot

Support KPI tracking (pipeline health, renewal rate, expansion performance)

Prepare sales team meetings and VP Sales 1:1 sessions

Identify and automate repetitive commercial processes

Update sales decks and presentations

Support event preparation

Contribute to cross-functional growth initiatives

 

Who You Are

Master’s degree (Business, Sales, or related field)

Ideally 2 years of experience in a similar role (Business Development, Sales Support, Sales Operations, or B2B SaaS environment)

Highly structured and detail-oriented

Comfortable working with CRM tools and performance metrics

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proactive, reliable, and execution-driven

Curious about SaaS and B2B environments

Fluent in French and English
