**Job Title:** Marketing Manager
**Role Summary:** Strategic Marketing Manager to shape storytelling, pitch materials, and brand partnership strategies for a social media-focused content studio, driving revenue through revenue-focused integrated marketing initiatives.
**Expectations:** Proven ability to translate client goals into data-backed pitches, build presentation decks, and coordinate cross-functionally to deliver compelling sales and client-facing materials. Strong understanding of social media trends, platform dynamics, and brand partnerships required.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop innovative pitch strategies and creative narratives for brand partnership proposals.
- Translate client objectives into strategic, culturally relevant pitch materials (decks, one-sheets, case studies).
- Collaborate with editorial, creative, and sales teams to align voice, tone, and messaging across all marketing outputs.
- Manage proposal timelines, coordinate cross-functional workflows, and ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
- Track social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to enhance pitch relevance and effectiveness.
- Maintain and update internal pitch libraries (IP one-sheets, case studies, platform POV decks).
- Educate internal teams on strategic storytelling, pitch consistency, and cultural insights.
**Required Skills:**
- Advanced strategic marketing, pitch development, and presentation design.
- Expertise in social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), content trends, and audience behaviors.
- Cross-functional collaboration, project management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong written/verbal communication, creativity, and analytical thinking to translate insights into strategy.
- Knowledge of brand partnership frameworks, revenue-driven marketing, and IP-based storytelling.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 4–6+ years of integrated marketing or brand partnership experience, preferably in digital-first content creation or social media spaces.
