Job Title: Sales Manager Role Summary: Drive growth in large‑scale solar and battery storage projects across Europe by leading the end‑to‑end sales process, cultivating key client relationships, and coordinating cross‑functional teams to secure contracts. Expactations: - Conduct market and regulatory analyses to identify new business opportunities. - Expand partner and client networks, prioritising high‑value pipelines. - Manage the complete sales cycle for solar plant acquisitions, from prospecting to contract signing. - Translate client requirements into integrated technical/commercial offers. - Negotiate contracts and oversee tender submissions. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze market needs, regulatory frameworks, and customer demands. - Establish and grow relationships with partners, utilities, IPPs, and asset managers. - Evaluate project pipelines, set priorities, and define opportunities. - Lead key account management and act as the client interface for project teams. - Develop and deliver offers combining technical and commercial aspects. - Define project requirements with project managers and clients. - Coordinate with engineering, project management, and construction teams. - Review and distribute client data packages; manage tender processes. Required Skills: - Strong communication and presentation abilities. - Proven relationship building with diverse stakeholders. - Analytical skills for market and pipeline assessment. - Negotiation and contract management expertise. - Cost calculation, budgeting, and offer development. - Experience in PV and/or battery storage projects. Required Education & Certifications: - Completed commercial or technical studies (e.g., engineering, business). - Minimum of several years’ sales and key account experience in the renewable sector. - Relevant renewable energy certifications or equivalent professional credentials preferred.
