Job Description

**Job Title:** Full Stack Engineer **Role Summary:** Build and own internal ML platform systems (data pipelines, experiment tooling, evaluation frameworks) to accelerate robotics ML development, deployment, and iteration for real-world home robots. **Expectations:** - 5+ years of production software development with end-to-end ownership. - Proven backend engineering (Python preferred; Node.js acceptable) and pragmatic frontend tooling (React/TypeScript). - Experience in ML experiment management, scalable data pipelines, or internal developer platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and maintain ML platform infrastructure for data processing, experiment reproducibility, and model evaluation. - Develop tools for transforming multi-modal robot data into structured training datasets. - Build visualization and review tools for diagnosing model failures and human-in-the-loop workflows. - Partner with ML engineers and robotics teams to optimize research-to-deployment feedback loops. **Required Skills:** - Backend development (Python, Node.js). - Frontend tooling (React, TypeScript). - ML experiment tooling/observability OR large-scale data pipeline (ETL) experience. - Internal platform design for developer workflows. - Product-driven problem-solving with minimal guidance. **Required Education & Certifications:** None specified.
