Job Description
Job title: Demand and Supply Implementation Planner Role Summary: Collaborate with clients to implement advanced demand and supply planning and inventory control solutions. Translate business requirements into actionable plans, guide implementations, and optimise forecasts and inventory strategies using Excel and planning tools. Expactations: * 5+ years operational experience in supply chain, planning, inventory, or finance. * Advanced Excel proficiency (PIVOT, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts). * Ability to design, maintain, and optimise demand and inventory master plans. * Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills. * Familiarity with planning tools, project/change management, and training is a plus. Key Responsibilities: * Analyse client data and create demand forecasts and inventory master plans. * Translate business requirements into plan‑and‑control solutions. * Lead client implementation, including training and best‑practice guidance. * Monitor implementation progress, address issues, and deliver measurable supply‑chain improvements. * Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and operational excellence. Required Skills: * Advanced Excel (PIVOT, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, charting). * Data analysis and problem‑solving. * Project planning and change‑management execution. * Strong written and verbal communication. * Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field. * Certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent supply‑chain logistics credentials preferred.
