Senior Account Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead the delivery of complex, innovative, and profitable partnership and brand experience programs for a leading global financial services client. Manage day‑to‑day client and stakeholder relationships, ensure projects run on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while acting as the client’s brand guardian across all internal and inter‑agency teams.
**Expectations**
- Deliver exceptional client service and maintain trust as the primary point of contact.
- Set and drive project tempo, ensuring clarity and alignment across creative, strategy, production, and finance functions.
- Champion the client’s brand values, ensuring every activation reflects their business and experiential objectives.
- Demonstrate commercial acumen, controlling budgets, billing structures, and resource allocation to achieve profitability.
- Lead and mentor internal team members, fostering professional growth and maintaining high performance.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Serve as the day‑to‑day contact for the client and all stakeholders, communicating schedules, deliverables, and expectations.
2. Oversee end‑to‑end execution of flagship partnership campaigns (e.g., global music festivals, cultural events).
3. Collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams (strategy, creative, production, finance) to translate briefs into actionable plans.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners, ensuring seamless integration across all channels.
5. Manage complex budgets, billing, and resource planning; produce accurate financial reports for internal and client review.
6. Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables, from creative decks to event logistics.
7. Provide leadership and support to direct reports, encouraging career development and maintaining high team morale.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience in partnership activation, brand experience delivery, and high‑level account management.
- Deep understanding of consumer/fan engagement within the music and entertainment sector.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities; comfortable managing multiple simultaneous activations.
- Excellent communication skills, including deck writing, stakeholder presentation, and negotiation.
- Commercial awareness and budgeting expertise.
- Agency mindset: familiarity with briefs, budgets, and rapid, high‑quality execution.
- Detail orientation, problem‑solving, and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus but not mandatory.
