Job Description: **Job Title:** Social Media Manager (Freelance) **Role Summary** Strategy-driven Social Media Manager to lead end-to-end social platforms for two growing women’s fashion brands, focusing on content creation, analytics, and influencer partnerships. **Expectations** Proven experience in women’s fashion retail social media management. Strong strategic, organisational, and independent work skills. Demonstrated understanding of influencer marketing, UGC, and social-led ecommerce. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals for TikTok, Instagram, and Meta. - Plan and manage content calendars, campaigns, and seasonal launches. - Create on-brand short-form video, Reels, Stories, and written content. - Identify platform trends and optimise performance using analytics and audience insights. - Source, onboard, and manage influencers and creators, negotiating collaborations and tracking ROI. - Curate and integrate UGC (e.g., Yotpo) across social, website, and paid channels. - Oversee TikTok/Instagram account operations, including algorithms, best practices, and analytics. - Collaborate on photoshoot planning for social content. - Recommend and manage tools to enhance social performance. **Required Skills** - Short-form video/content creation (TikTok, Reels). - Social media strategy and data-driven optimisation. - Influencer marketing and UGC management. - Platform-specific analytics and algorithm knowledge. - Adobe AI content tools. - Creative direction and caption writing. **Required Education & Certifications** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven industry experience (women’s fashion retail) required.
