**Job Title**: Executive Assistant **Role Summary** Provide high‑level administrative support to Founder Brad Formsma, ensuring seamless scheduling, meeting coordination, travel logistics, and communication. Maintain organized relationships with donors, partners, and leaders while enabling focused mission execution. Remote and highly flexible with core availability 10:00‑15:00 CST. **Expectations** - Deliver reliable, responsive services with strict attention to detail. - Take initiative; own tasks until completion. - Communicate professionally with senior leaders, donors, and partners. - Adapt to travel‑based responsibilities when needed. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Calendar management – book meetings, conferences, and travel. 2. Meeting coordination – set up Zoom calls, prepare agendas and briefings. 3. Travel logistics – arrange flights, hotels, ground transport. 4. Communication oversight – triage and respond to email, Slack, and other channels. 5. Relationship tracking – maintain donor/partner contact database and follow‑ups. 6. Action‑item management – ensure all assigned tasks are tracked and completed. 7.
