Job Description

**Job Title:** Sourcing & Product Development Coordinator **Role Summary:** Coordinate cost tracking, vendor communication, and product development support for the women's intimates segment. Ensure accurate and timely sourcing and costing data, maintain vendor and fabric libraries, and assist cross‑functional teams in delivering seasonal collections. **Expectations:** - Maintain precise cost logs for packaging, garments, and secondary line items. - Communicate regularly with vendors to update seasonal costings. - Deliver quick turnaround on ad‑hoc projects while managing day‑to‑day tasks. - Work on‑site 3–5 days per week. **Key Responsibilities:** - Record and update cost information for all intimates brands. - Conduct seasonal costing for add‑on styles and benchmark suppliers. - Manage vendor allocation for tech packs and confirm sourcing cost files. - Track and document vendor submissions in fabric trackers. - Curate and refresh the Fabric Library and seasonal fabric boards. - Build and maintain a prospect vendor database to diversify sourcing. - Prepare and issue submit requests to vendors for the Product Development team. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support the Women’s Intimates department. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in product development and sourcing, with a focus on costing. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment. - Strategic thinking for managing routine duties and rapid‑turnaround projects. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data‑management tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication; effective collaboration with internal and external partners. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Fashion Merchandising, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional, APICS) are a plus but not mandatory.
