Job Specifications

The Sourcing Coordinator will support the women’s intimates department and Product Development team by maintaining comprehensive cost tracking, managing vendor communications, and assisting with product development submissions. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities, ensuring timely and accurate updates across all sourcing and costing activities.

Responsibilities:

Maintain detailed and accurate cost logs for packaging, garments, and SLS across all Intimates brands.
Communicate regularly with vendors to manage and update seasonal packaging and garment costings.
Conduct seasonal costing for add-on styles directly with suppliers for benchmarking and vendor back-up evaluations.
Maintain and update vendor allocation for SMS and costing tech packs to ensure accurate sharing with vendors.
Manage and update the confirmed sourcing cost file for the Intimates department.
Track, review, and record all submits from vendors, ensuring accurate documentation in fabric trackers.
Maintain the Fabric Library and develop seasonal fabric boards for reference and presentations.
Create and maintain a library of new prospective vendors to support sourcing diversification.
Support the Product Development (PD) team by preparing and sending submit requests to vendors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide additional support to the Women’s Intimates department as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience in Product Development and Sourcing with a strong focus on costing.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic approach to managing day-to-day responsibilities and ad-hoc projects with quick turnaround times.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general data management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to be in-office 3–5 days per week

Annual salary starting at $65,000.
