Job Title: Developer – RPA/AI
Role Summary:
Design, develop, test, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI-enabled automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and scalability. Collaborate with Digital Automation Tech Lead, delivery teams, and AMS partners to implement secure, maintainable automations aligned with enterprise standards and agile practices.
Expactations:
- Deliver high-quality, reusable automation components with an emphasis on security, compliance, and maintainability.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies and collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide documentation, runbooks, and support artifacts to enable operational adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy RPA solutions following established architecture and standards.
- Create AI‑enabled automation components using platform‑native or approved AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with Digital Automation Tech Lead to establish scalable, reusable patterns.
- Attend sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives; perform unit testing and support system and UAT.
- Troubleshoot defects, performance issues, and automate resolution processes.
- Conduct code reviews, incorporate feedback, and enhance solution quality.
- Maintain comprehensive automation documentation, runbooks, and support artifacts.
- Partner with AMS teams to transition solutions for operational support and scaling.
- Ensure automations comply with enterprise security, data, and compliance standards.
- Identify process simplification opportunities to improve automation effectiveness.
Required Skills:
- 4–7 years of RPA and/or AI‑enabled automation development experience.
- Hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Integration experience with enterprise applications and APIs.
- Exposure to AI‑enabled solutions (e.g., SAP Joule, Salesforce AgentForce, ServiceNow Now Assist).
- Proficiency in Agile delivery environments and collaboration with AMS or external delivery providers.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Attention to quality, security, and maintainability.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant certifications in RPA platforms or AI solutions are preferred.
