Job Description
Job Title B2B Commercial Development Manager – Electric Commercial Vehicles Role Summary Lead the launch and expansion of a new electric commercial vehicle brand in the French B2B market. Drive market entry, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for the product line in Île‑de‑France and surrounding regions. Expactations - Achieve specified sales targets and market share objectives for electric commercial fleet solutions. - Build and sustain high‑value relationships with mid‑size to large enterprise clients, public entities, and logistical partners. - Deliver measurable business development results within agreed timelines. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute a B2B growth strategy for electric commercial vehicles. - Prospect, qualify, and close new business with SMEs, large accounts, municipalities, logistics operators, artisans, and service firms. - Construct tailored commercial offers (financing, leasing, bundled services) in response to public and private tenders. - Manage and grow multi‑vehicle fleet agreements and key strategic accounts. - Forge local commercial partnerships to enhance brand visibility and market penetration. - Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform go‑to‑market initiatives. - Provide regular performance reporting to executive leadership and adjust plans accordingly. Required Skills - Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills with senior decision makers. - Proven track record in launching or scaling electric vehicle or professional mobility solutions. - Expertise in account management, especially with large enterprises and public sectors. - Strategic mindset: ability to open, structure, and grow new markets. - Self‑driven, entrepreneurial attitude with evident resilience and a results focus. - Excellent communication, influence, and leadership capabilities. - Existing professional network within Île‑de‑France highly advantageous. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Automotive, or related field. - Relevant certifications in automotive sales, electric mobility, or commercial strategy are a plus.
