Job Description
Job title: Supply Chain Coordinator / Operations Coordinator Role Summary: Provide end‑to‑end support for order management, customer service, and logistics in a high‑growth consumer goods environment. Coordinate with distribution centres, 3PL partners, and retail portals to ensure accurate, on‑time order fulfilment and continuous process improvement. Expactations: - Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining accuracy. - Resolve operational issues independently and as part of cross‑functional teams. - Deliver actionable insights to meet operational targets and improve service levels. Key Responsibilities: - Process customer orders and validate stock availability. - Coordinate with distribution centers, 3PLs, and retailer portals using EDI systems. - Monitor open orders, identify delays or errors, and propose timely solutions. - Review performance metrics with internal stakeholders to support operational KPIs. - Escalate complex problems and contribute to the development of process enhancements. - Collaborate with finance, compliance, and compliance teams to resolve discrepancies, disputes, or regulatory issues. Required Skills: - Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and critical‑thinking abilities. - Effective written and verbal communication in English (French language skills are a plus). - Ability to work independently and within team environments. - Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced setting. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, account management, operations, or logistics. - Experience with retail or B2B accounts is an advantage. - University degree preferred.
