Job Description
Job title: Business Development Representative Role Summary: Deliver high‑velocity outbound B2B sales activities, driving pipeline creation and qualifying leads for senior sales teams. Execute daily dialing, email, and social outreach, maintain CRM accuracy, and collaborate with account managers to translate qualified prospects into booked product demos and revenue opportunities. Expectations: - 50–70 outbound calls per day plus email/social outreach. - Meet or exceed daily KPIs (dials, contacts, qualified meetings). - Maintain a consistently refreshed pipeline of qualified prospects. - Keep Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) data clean and reports updated. - Travel as needed with a valid passport. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct high‑volume prospecting across defined target markets. - Research and identify potential leads, ensuring fresh pipeline flow. - Use consultative discovery (BANT) to qualify prospects. - Schedule demos and hand off qualified leads to account executives. - Record all activity in CRM, generate performance reports. - Refine outreach tactics based on data, feedback, and cross‑functional insights. Required Skills: - Proven B2B outbound sales experience with a track record of booking meetings. - Strong consultative mindset and customer focus. - Resilience and self‑motivation to handle high daily cadence. - Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM. - Excellent phone communication and relationship‑building skills. - Valid passport and willingness to travel. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
