Job Title: Agentic AI Lead / Architect (Test Automation & Data Frameworks)
Role Summary: Lead the design, development, and governance of Agentic AI systems and intelligent automation frameworks for enterprise applications. Oversee end-to-end AI workflow testing, data pipeline automation, and performance validation to ensure scalable, reliable AI-driven solutions.
Expectations: Deliver high‑quality, scalable AI and test automation architectures. Mentor engineering teams, set best‑practice standards, and align AI solutions with business and quality objectives. Demonstrate 15+ years of senior engineering or architecture experience and strong leadership in complex technical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build multi‑agent AI systems and orchestrated workflows.
- Design AI‑driven test automation frameworks for complex platforms (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).
- Develop and optimize data automation pipelines that support AI/ML and generative AI workloads.
- Define evaluation, validation, and performance testing practices for LLMs, prompts, and distributed AI services.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, QA, data engineering, and platform teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Mentor developers and shape AI automation strategy across the organization.
- Ensure robust monitoring, reliability checks, and continuous improvement of AI and automation processes.
Required Skills
- 15+ years in software engineering, QA automation, or system architecture roles.
- Deep expertise in Agentic AI, LLM orchestration, or multi‑agent frameworks.
- Proven experience building test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, etc.).
- Strong programming proficiency in Python, Java, or equivalent.
- Design and implement scalable data automation pipelines.
- Knowledge of AI/ML, generative AI, LLM applications, and evaluation techniques.
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems.
- Leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or similar) preferred.
