Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Lead / Architect with a strong background in Test Automation and Data Automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of Agentic AI systems and intelligent automation frameworks, while ensuring quality, scalability, and reliability across AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and development of Agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows.

• Design and implement AI-driven test automation frameworks for complex enterprise platforms.

• Build and optimize data automation pipelines supporting AI/ML and Generative AI workflows.

• Collaborate with AI engineers, QA teams, data engineers, and platform teams to ensure scalable AI solutions.

• Define best practices for LLM evaluation, prompt validation, and AI workflow testing.

• Develop frameworks for AI validation, performance testing, and reliability checks across distributed systems.

• Mentor engineering teams and guide AI automation strategy and implementation.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Software Engineering / QA Automation / Architecture roles.

• Strong expertise in Agentic AI frameworks, LLM orchestration, or multi-agent systems.

• Experience building test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar technologies.

• Strong programming experience in Python, Java, or similar languages.

• Experience designing data automation frameworks and scalable pipelines.

• Knowledge of AI/ML, Generative AI, and LLM-based applications.

• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.

• Experience implementing RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI workflow pipelines.

• Background in AI system testing, evaluation frameworks, and model validation.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
