**Job Title:** Junior Application Developer **Role Summary:** Support development, integration, and maintenance of internal applications and system connections to enhance core business functions. Provide operational support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with business units and IT partners. **Expectations:** - Deliver reliable software solutions and integrations. - Maintain and support existing systems for internal users and customers. - Work effectively with cross‑functional teams and external IT vendors. - Contribute to documentation, requirements gathering, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide operational support for current applications, infrastructure, and data connections. - Design, develop, test, and maintain new internal tools, pipelines, and integrations. - Debug and resolve technical issues promptly. - Connect and align organizational platforms to meet operational needs. - Collaborate with Business Intelligence for process documentation and requirement definition. - Coordinate with outsourced IT on network, hardware, and information security initiatives. - Partner with branches, departments, and leadership to create practical solutions. **Required Skills:** - Object‑oriented programming fundamentals. - Proficiency in at least one modern language (Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#). - Basic web development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Understanding of RESTful APIs and authentication methods. - Experience with relational databases and SQL querying. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Effective collaboration and communication with team members and stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. - 0–2 years of relevant software development experience.
