**Job Title:** Full Stack Developer
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and maintain a proprietary business intelligence platform using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL on Microsoft Azure. Translate executive and business stakeholder requirements into scalable software solutions while ensuring code quality and architectural coherence.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver high‑quality code on schedule in a fast‑moving, evolving product environment.
- Communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including executives and owners.
- Take end‑to‑end ownership of modules, from design through deployment and iteration.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build and evolve full‑stack features with Next.js/React and TypeScript.
- Design, implement, and maintain PostgreSQL schemas and RESTful APIs, including authentication and authorization.
- Translate business requirements into functional technical specifications and architecture decisions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, data science, ops) and executives to define scope and priorities.
- Participate in code reviews, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines to uphold quality standards.
- Contribute to long‑term platform strategy, architecture, and system improvements.
- Provide technical guidance and support during platform expansion into new modules (e.g., CRM, Market Intelligence).
**Required Skills:**
- 3+ years professional experience with React, TypeScript, and modern web stacks.
- Strong proficiency with Next.js (App Router preferred) and full‑stack JavaScript.
- Experience designing and working with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
- Hands‑on API development (RESTful services) and consuming external APIs.
- Familiarity with Git, pull requests, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities and scope.
**Preferred Skills (Non‑mandatory):**
- Next.js App Router, Prisma ORM, monorepo architectures.
- OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, enterprise SSO integrations.
- Tailwind CSS and responsive, data‑rich UI development.
- Microsoft ecosystem (365, Entra ID, Graph API) and Azure services (App Service, Blob Storage, Key Vault, Application Insights).
- Experience in business intelligence, financial systems, SaaS, data visualization, or energy/renewables domains.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, or advanced web development) are a plus.
