Job Description
**Job Title:** Client Success Manager **Role Summary:** Own and nurture a dedicated portfolio of clients from post‑installation through the full contract lifecycle. Act as the primary advocate and consultant, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through upsell and cross‑sell activities while proactively mitigating churn. **Expectations:** - Manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast‑paced, scaling environment. - Achieve and exceed retention, upsell, and cross‑sell targets. - Deliver quarterly business reviews and actionable recommendations. - Maintain accurate Salesforce records, analyze metrics, and provide insights. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and sustain proactive relationships with clients, focusing on engagement and satisfaction. - Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and present performance insights. - Establish regular communication cadences for onboarding and renewal periods. - Identify early risk signals to reduce churn and improve retention. - Drive upsell and cross‑sell opportunities by proposing tailored solutions. - Manage change‑of‑ownership contract processes to ensure smooth transitions. - Track client activity in Salesforce, maintain accurate data, and generate performance reports. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Sales, and Marketing to resolve client concerns and escalations. - Represent the company in client meetings, conferences, and events as a strong client advocate. **Required Skills:** - 3–5 years of experience in client success, account management, or external client support. - Proven ability to build strong client relationships and resolve issues proactively. - Experience conducting client reviews, creating and delivering persuasive presentations. - Strong communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills. - Results‑driven mindset with a track record of supporting retention, upsell, and cross‑sell goals. - Proficiency in Salesforce for account data management, metric analysis, and reporting. - Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a dynamic environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Experience in startup or technology‑driven environments preferred. - SaaS sales experience a plus. - Multi‑family real‑estate experience a plus.
