Salesforce Implementation Consultant
**Role Summary**
Lead full-cycle Salesforce implementations, optimizing environments and aligning solutions with client business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technical guidance, customize platform configurations, and integrate Salesforce with ERP, CRM, and third-party systems.
**Expectations**
Proven experience in Salesforce configuration, integration, and project management. Requires client-facing consulting skills, technical decision-making capabilities, and expertise in data governance. Must adapt to evolving project needs with minimal supervision.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including planning, timeline execution, client communication, and project sign-off.
- Act as technical architect for secure, scalable Salesforce solutions using SFDC and SFDX platforms.
- Customize objects, workflows, process builder flows, and validation rules to meet business requirements.
- Oversee data integrity through imports, exports, deduplication, and cleansing processes.
- Deliver user training and support to enhance adoption and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with client IT teams on system integrations and API configurations.
- Maintain system health via updates, third-party integration management, and CI/CD practices.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for stakeholder decision-making.
- Document configurations, best practices, and technical workflows for internal/external reference.
- Partner with RevOps and Resource Management teams to align project timelines and resource allocation.
**Required Skills**
- Salesforce administration and configuration (custom objects, workflows, data modeling).
- Proficiency in Apex/Visualforce, Salesforce Integration tools (e.g., Heroku, Data Loader), and API development.
- Project management experience with agile methodologies and client delivery.
- Data governance expertise (hygiene, security, reporting).
- Technical consulting skills for stakeholder collaboration and process optimization.
- Unit/integration testing, code development, and peer code review practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release management.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent).
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Developer certification mandatory.
- Preferred: Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Integration Specialist certification; PMP or Scrum Master certification.
